The diverse cuisine of our restaurant can satisfy the tastes of even the pernicketiest gourmets. Seven types of kebabs, amazing Kubdari, different types of khachapuri, hot and sizzling meat and fish dishes in a frying pan, a lot of greens, and the world-famous Chacha, as well as a huge selection of classic wines.

The brightness, fruity flavored, attractive sweetness of red samples, as well as their long aftertaste will not leave anyone insensible. These joyful, juicy ruby-colored specimens perfectly match the Georgian way of life.

With a history that began more than ten years ago, the uniqueness of the estate lies in its authentic approach. In Tbilisi all starts with respect for the land. Chweni bought the estate in 2010. Since then, respect for the land and the environment has been the basis of our approach to viticulture.
After restructuring of vineyards and acquiring several high-quality plots, we introduced demanding and sustainable farming methods to improve the land. Making unremitting efforts to improve the taste of wines, Chveni was able to emphasize the unique character of Georgian culture.
In our restaurant we serve a real Georgian wine. Guests love it, that’s why we are opening a store where you can buy it online. Spices and semi-finished products can be pitched online too!
